    Description

    Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Korean Required)\n \n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Human\nResourcesGeneralist.\n \n\nLocation: Chicago, IL\n\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\n \n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews,\n and conduct background checks.\n * Facilitate both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including\n conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.\n * Assist with the employee's benefits enrollment.\n * Ensure the approval of employee timecards by managers in a timely manner. \n * Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.\n * Perform additional tasks as assigned.\n\n \n\nQualification\n\n * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related\n field preferred. \n * Work experience in Human Resources preferred.\n * Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.\n * Excellent interpersonal communication skills.\n * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n * Fluency in Korean is required.\n\n \n\nBenefits (Full-Time ONLY)\n\n * Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance\n * Life, STD, LTD Insurance\n * 401(K) Plan\n * Paid Time Off\n * Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)\n * Years of Service Awards\n * Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
