Requirements<\/h3>
Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Oversee all warehouse operations<\/b>, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping<\/b>.
<\/li> - Enforce strict safety policies and procedures<\/b> to maintain a safe working
environment<\/b>.
<\/li> - Implement
and maintain inventory management systems<\/b> to track raw materials
and finished goods.
<\/li> - Monitor warehouse performance metrics<\/b>, identify areas for improvement, and
implement corrective actions.
<\/li> - Stay
up to date with industry trends, warehouse technology advancements, and
best practices<\/b>.
<\/li> - Assist
with inventory counts and audits<\/b> to ensure stock accuracy.
<\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience
operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred<\/b>.
<\/li> - Bachelor’s
Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred<\/b>.
<\/li> - Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/b>.
<\/li> - Ability
to work effectively in a fast -paced, high -volume warehouse environment<\/b>.
<\/li> - Strong multi -tasking abilities<\/b> and problem -solving skills.
<\/li> - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/b>.
<\/li> - Bilingual
in Korean is preferred but not required<\/b>.
