Chemical Analysis And Additions

R&D Circuits a member company of Advantest America, Inc., which is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Chemical analysis and additions.
• External analysis (coordinate with our Supplier).
• Chemical inventory.
• Bath change scheduling.
• Water sampling and data collection.
• Notify Process Engineering of any out-of-spec conditions.
• Has authority to shut down any chemical process as warranted.
• Receiving, labeling, and safely storing samples to be tested.
• Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report.
• Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results.
• Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results.
• Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample.
• Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment.
• Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs.
• Process the work orders as directed with the intent to meet the production schedule and multitask as able to improve workflow.
• Perform light preventative maintenance on production equipment as assigned.

Requirements:

• Required: High School Diploma or AS degree in Chemistry.
• Preferred: BS degree in chemistry.
