seasonal Part-Time PM Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
General Purpose:Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations, guest consumption and guest enjoyment. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.
Responsibilities:- A Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge/Skills:- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Average knowledge of industrial equipment including range, ovens, slicer, deep fryer and grill.
Experience/Education:- 2-3 years line experience a must.
- Culinary degree preferred but not required.
