Flora d'Italia, a classic Italian restaurant in Atlanta, is seeking reliable and motivated line cooks to join our growing kitchen team. As we continue expanding and opening new locations, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, committed to consistency, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an opportunity to grow with a growing restaurant brand focused on traditional Italian cuisine, hospitality, and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and execute menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily prep for sauces, proteins, pasta, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership.
• Assist during service in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Follow portioning and plating guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.

• Experience in Italian cuisine or scratch cooking.
• Familiarity with prep lists and line cooking.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy service shifts.
