ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver on a territory strategic sales plan that creates account opportunities through cold calling/lead follow up, sales process management, account capture and increasing year-over-year business.Own a portfolio of provider accounts with full accountability for retention, renewal, and revenue expansionDevelop and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned to client goals and AMC Health capabilitiesIdentify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new program adoption opportunitiesServe as the primary executive-level relationship owner across assigned accountsBuild trusted partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholdersLead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessionsWork with state health agenciesLead and coordinate the requirement elements of a successful program with other providers, potential partners and the state HHS agencies.Lead growth strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in partnership with sales leadership and customer satisfaction teams.Proactively manage contract timelines, risk mitigation, and expansion pipelinesMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM (HubSpot)Translate clinical and operational outcomes into compelling, data-driven value narratives that support the RHT initiative.Partner with Clinical and Analytics teams to demonstrate ROI, patient outcomes, and program impactPosition AMC Health as a strategic growth partner and trusted advisor, not a vendorCollaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiencesAct as a senior escalation point to ensure timely and effective resolution of issuesProvide customer specific voice-of-customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategyWork collaboratively with an RFP team to create account specific responses, using local knowledge and relationships to create a successful bid response.Stay current on Rural Health Transformation, RPM, digital health, value-based care, and virtual care trendsLeverage market insights to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen client positioningAttend company approved industry meetings, regional events and conventions.RequirementsBachelors degree required5+ years of experience in: Field Sales and whole territory management.Strategic Account development and executionHigh volume sales model and sales cycleClient Success / Account ManagementProvider Growth / Healthcare PartnershipsProven success managing and growing provider relationshipsStrong experience with: Complex sales of medical equipment and services (including rural communities is preferred)Growth strategy development, expansions, and contract negotiationsNavigating complex healthcare organizationsFamiliarity with CMS billing and CPT codes for chronic care/RPMDigital Media networkingDeep understanding of: Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), digital health, or virtual careValue-based care models and healthcare economicsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environmentStrong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skillsExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
