Job Overview We\'re seeking a Director of Sales - Compliance Services to join our vibrant team and embark on an exciting journey with us.The position will primarily work during normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but may require occasional off-hours and weekend work, and 50% travel. The goal of the Director of Sales - Compliance Services is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities Sell CQV Services as well as ancillary service offeringsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell customers by offering additional company business lines that will facilitate customer successDevelop project scope statements, estimates and staffing plans.Interface with clients and provide subject matter expertise in the validation of a variety of utility, facility and process equipment.Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk as required.Collaborate with the Regional team and marketing resources to nurture qualified leads and produce relevant, targeted materials to facilitate the sales processParticipate in a variety of client-facing events, including meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, etc.Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needsArranging business meetings with prospective clientsPromoting Ellab products/services addressing or predicting clients' needsBuilding long-term relationships with new and existing customersProvide mentorship to junior sales and business development staffAchieving monthly, quarterly & annual financial targetsProviding pipeline information into monthly forecast toolGenerating pricing strategies and proposalsCollaborating with marketing department to ensure proper brandingIdentifying opportunities to partner with vendors and manufacturersGather, analyze and interpret data and metricsCoordinate with delivery team based on project statuses for service projectsAssisting in developing projected financial goals and expectations for servicesRequirements 10+ years of experience in a Life Sciences (FDA Regulated) Validation/Project Management role having transitioned or ready to transition to Business Development.Proven track record and market knowledgeStrong business acumen with knowledge of P&L, Project Tracking, Utilization Reports, and other financial documentation.Computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing, ERP & CRM applicationsBA/BS in engineering/business/sales & relevant field experienceMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Benefits Kick off your journey with 2 weeks of vacation (3 weeks at your 5yr. & 4 weeks at your 10yr. anniversaries)Stay healthy with 2 weeks of sick timeCelebrate with 10 Company HolidaysExperience a rejuvenating 1-week winter shutdownInvest in your future with a 401(k) match of $1 for $1 up to 4%Embrace worry-free living with fully paid family medical insuranceTake care of your pearly whites, vision, and more with dental, vision, life, and disability insurance available6 weeks of parental leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
