BACKGROUND:Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities
for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and

people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and
placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment
programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with

POSITION INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for a patient, flexible and dedicated person to work at
Fort Huachuca. Daily duties of this position are to provide top of the
line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality
service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a
hands-on position. The services that Beacon provides to our customers is
dependent on the location and site needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Obtain access to the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
to complete Personnel Security responsibilities.
- Coordinate efforts for in/out processing of all personnel with the
JITC Security Office.
- Answer non-technical questions regarding personnel security policies
and procedures.
- Conduct Information Security program oversight which includes
document marking, safeguarding, need-to-know, physical storage,
transmitting, transferring, reproducing, downgrading, and
destruction of classified information.
- Serve as alternate lock and key control officer which requires
compliance inspection ensuring personnel meet current directives,
policies, and regulations regarding use and accountability of locks
and keys.
- Ensures lock and key inventories are accurate and up to date.
- Process all organizational Visitor Authorization Requests (VARs) via
DISS or hardcopy
- Maintain control and accountability records of JITC campus keys
under the key and lock control system.
- Conduct and document reoccurring facility and campus checks, which
include internal and external areas of the JITC campus and parking
areas.
- Coordinate visitor and permanent facility badging and access control
to include eligibility verification.
- Conduct and document Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs)
- Process building access credentials for DISA JITC employees and
visitors
- Provide back-up monitoring of the organizations Electronic Security
System (ESS); including the camera system, Intrusion Detection
System and access control points.
- Perform general clerical duties
- Complete all training as required
- Complete and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
- Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, from 07:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through
Friday with an hour break for lunch.
