    Description

    This role can be located in Boston, MA; Houston, TX; or Los Angeles, CA.Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field10+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience within manufacturing environmentsPreferred Requirements:Experience within metals, machining, forgings, industrial components, or heavy aerospace manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or OracleThe successful candidate will lead commercial strategy, pricing, forecasting, and customer engagement across a complex manufacturing environment. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, margin performance, demand alignment, and commercial execution while serving as the key interface between customers, sales operations, and manufacturing leadership. The Senior Director will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer commitments align with operational capabilities and profitability objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute commercial strategies that align customer demand, plant capacity, and profitability objectives.Lead inside sales, customer service, pricing, forecasting, and commercial operations activities across the business.Drive pricing discipline, margin performance, and contract negotiations to support revenue growth and financial targets.Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align customer commitments with production capabilities and delivery performance.Serve as the senior commercial leader for key customer relationships, escalation management, and long-term program oversight.Build and develop high-performing commercial teams while strengthening accountability, forecasting accuracy, and customer responsiveness.#J-18808-Ljbffr
