1st Shift Material Handler

Material Handlers Needed in Plattsburgh, NY

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking dependable Material Handlers with warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, or experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials
• Pick, pack, scan, kit, and count products
• Supply materials to production areas
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hand/power tool experience preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Material handling equipment experience a plus
• Handheld scanner experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist throughout the shift
• Handle products of varying sizes and weights
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures
