Job Title: Material Handler

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our operational team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and safely moving materials throughout our facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Logistics: Safely load, unload, and transport materials across the plant, yard, and active worksites.

• Order Execution: Interpret work orders and follow verbal instructions accurately to move specified materials and containers to designated locations.

• Workplace Safety: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior material handling or warehouse experience is required.

• Skillset: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal directives, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting, standing, and manual material movement throughout the shift.

Schedule & Compensation

• Base Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (4x10 shift schedule)

• Overtime: Mandatory or voluntary overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as production needs require.

• Pay Rate: $17.86 per hour
