2nd Shift Warehouse Worker (M-Th)

Warehouse Associate in Holliston, MA

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:00 AM

$22.26 per hour

Join a growing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment! We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and merchandise.
• Pick orders accurately using a voice-picking system.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Load trucks and stage materials for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including power jacks and double walkies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating power jacks and double walkies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Overtime required, averaging 8-10 hours per week.
• Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable in a physically demanding environment.
