ABCI Rgnl Business Development Manager (Stucco/Plaster/EIFS)

ABC Supply Interiors is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its strategic growth and maximize sales specifically in the Stucco/Plaster/EIFS category.

Specific duties may include:

• Overseeing strategic regional vendor & customer relationships
• Serving as the point of contact for all national accounts projects in assigned geography
• Working with the Region Vice President and District Managers to manage national builder relationships and coordinate all activities with the national builder team
• Developing focus targets in each market and leading the effort to expand customer base
• Leading and developing the district residential strategy by market
• Identifying targets by market and assisting in matching branch capabilities to opportunities
• Driving growth by identifying potential acquisition targets and green field opportunities

Specific qualifications include:

• College degree in business, sales or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Stucco/Plaster/EIFS experience preferred
• Sales experience within the construction industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Self-motivated with a team focus
• Valid driver’s license

Salary Information: $110,000-140,000 annually. Based on experience and qualifications.
