Responsibilities:

• Must be licensed and have prior insurance experience.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to success every day.
