ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2006 and is a small, close-knit team of three who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Account Manager with AT&T, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

I’m a family man with three kids, and when I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with them. I’m also very involved with my children’s schools, staying active in the community and supporting local activities whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Loc Vo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
