ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Colton Kantola State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Develop business through sales processes.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation is hourly pay plus commissions.
