ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm since 2000, building a strong foundation in the industry before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of California University, married with one daughter, and enjoy competitive bass fishing, hiking, hunting, working out, and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Chad Gregorini - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
