The Account Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Agents and internal Brokerage Transaction Services (BTS) teams while acting as the primary owner of incoming project requests.
The role ensures all Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), Offering Memorandum (OM), and Financial Analysis (FA) requests are properly reviewed, organized, and launched for production while maintaining exceptional agent service, workflow integrity, and operational excellence. By combining project intake responsibilities with ongoing account coordination, this role plays a critical part in driving project efficiency, quality, and agent satisfaction.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.
