Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support account management by entering and maintaining client and policy data, processing changes, invoicing, and assisting with renewals and new business
  • Build knowledge in Medical Malpractice and ancillary liability lines while managing small business accounts and client relationships
  • Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal teams using AMS360, Microsoft Office, and other Alera tools to ensure accurate documentation and seamless service
QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of customer service experience and 0-2 years of insurance experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills, with willingness to obtain a P&C license within 90 days
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry; experience with AMS360 is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $50K to 52K per year.
