Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with current and prospective families, as well as promoting the school and its programs to the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students and families

- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective families through regular communication and personalized outreach

- Conduct tours and information sessions for prospective families

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students

- Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the school and its programs

- Create and maintain a database of prospective families and track progress through the enrollment process

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and materials

- Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly

- Attend school events and activities to build relationships with current families and promote retention

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform marketing and enrollment strategies

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in sales and marketing

- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies

- Passion for education and commitment to the school's mission and values
