Job Description: THE COMPANY August Robotics is an international startup that builds and deploys robots to automate business workflows. We are a global team with offices in the US, Greece, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and China, backed by leading VC investors. Our robots serve clients in the exhibition, construction, and industrial layout industries, and we are currently growing our US team. THE ROLE As an Account Executive, you will drive new business in the US construction sector, managing opportunities from initial outreach through close. You will build relationships with contractors and key project stakeholders while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our solutions to market and deliver value to customers. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Driving new business through outbound prospecting and relationship building within the construction industry Managing the sales process from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and closing Building strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders Delivering presentations, product demos (with engineering support), managing and coordinating pilot projects, and supporting successful deployments Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts while contributing to overall commercial efforts Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings YOU MUST HAVE 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within construction, building materials, or construction technology hardware The ability to travel 2-3 weeks per month Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets Solid understanding of construction workflows, stakeholders, and project lifecycles Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, from project teams to decision-makers NICE TO HAVE Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment Exposure to longer or more complex sales cycles Existing network within the construction industry Experience or exposure to MEP, large-scale manufacturing, and data center construction, either through direct sales or by working closely with relevant contractors WHY AUGUST ROBOTICS?
