From broadcast campaigns and digital advertising to sponsorships, events, and customized marketing solutions, you'll have a portfolio of opportunities to turn client challenges into creative, revenue-generating ideas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be a business builder. Identify, prospect, and develop new relationships with local and regional businesses, advertising agencies, and key decision-makers.

Lead with curiosity. Ask insightful questions, uncover client needs, understand business objectives, and develop consultative marketing solutions-not cookie-cutter proposals.

Think beyond the traditional. Combine radio, digital, promotions, sponsorships, events, and creative partnerships into integrated campaigns that deliver value for advertisers.

Turn ideas into revenue. Prepare compelling presentations, recommend strategic solutions, negotiate opportunities, close business, and grow existing accounts.

Own your results. Take initiative, manage your pipeline, maintain consistent sales activity, and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Build lasting partnerships. Deliver exceptional service, communicate proactively, and become a trusted marketing resource for your clients.

Represent brands that matter. Bring the Connoisseur Media and Connrex Digital story to the marketplace while helping local businesses succeed.

WHO YOU ARE

You are competitive, resourceful, outgoing, and motivated by the opportunity to make things happen. You enjoy opening doors, building relationships, solving problems, and finding new ways to win.

You bring:

• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A consultative mindset and the confidence to speak with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
• A goal-oriented mindset, resilience, and a desire to continually improve.
• The ability to turn clients' needs into compelling marketing ideas and business opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, advertising, marketing, media, or a client-facing business development role.
• A track record of developing business, growing revenue, and working toward measurable sales goals.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where initiative and adaptability matter.
• A valid driver's license and a fully insured personal vehicle for business use.

Even better if you bring:

• Experience selling radio, digital advertising, integrated marketing, sponsorships, or events.
• A strong local network or knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area business community.
• Experience creating strategic proposals and delivering engaging client presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 plus Commission
