The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for a driven and ambitious Entry Level Account Executive to join our growing team in Norman, OK. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
• Present and promote client products and services to prospective customers
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and campaign execution
• Track and manage leads, accounts, and sales activity 
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior sales experience required — full training provided
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Norman, OK
