We are seeking an Account Executive for the Flooring Division for a design company located in Pittsburgh, PA
Job Duties:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned markets and territories.
-Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial flooring opportunities.
-Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
-Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
-Provide accurate information to support project management, order processing, installation, and invoicing activities.
-Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records.
-Participate in networking events, industry organizations, and business development activities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
-Minimum of 6 years of sales, design, construction, flooring, or sales support experience.
-Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.
-Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
-Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
