What Youll Do: Chase the win Use every tool youve got to find and close new business: your old contacts, new leads, cold calls, DMs, referrals whatever it takes. Own your pipeline Youre not babysitting accounts. Youre building them from scratch and scaling them to $10K+ in weekly net revenue. Be the face of DCL From first call to follow-up, you own the relationship and the results. Outsmart issues before they hit Proactively solve freight problems and deliver top-tier service every single time. Track your hustle Keep your pipeline, prospects, and deals clean and sharp in our CRM (Salesforce) and TMS (McLeod). Grow what you kill Turn first loads into repeat business and referrals. What You Bring: That confidence and internal fire to close deals and crush goals. A natural love for risk, rejection, and getting back up. BA/BS or equivalent street-smart sales experience. Freight brokerage or logistics experience? Even better. Existing customer book? Well help you grow it even faster. Excellent communication skills (you're charming and scrappy).
