This includes both the estimates and supplements work processes as well as other associated ancillary functions. We partner with most of the leading technology platforms and vendors in the contractor services space to deliver thorough, compliant, and timely construction job file management. This allows our clients to focus on selling, building, and billing. Acting as a direct extension of our clients, we work within their platforms and processes to provide seamless and timely delivery with a focus on customer service and business process.

Job SummaryBalance Platform is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships across our claims estimating and supplementing services. Account Executives own the full sales cycle, from self-sourcing and qualifying leads through closing new accounts, and stay involved after the close to ensure a strong onboarding experience. This role also provides account management support for larger corporate accounts as needed, working alongside the Account Management team to maintain service quality and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships. This is an in-office role based out of our Indianapolis, IN headquarters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a personal pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events, rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, using provided scripts and SOPs to move them through the pipeline.
• Vet inbound leads to understand client needs and match them to the right service offering.
• Convert qualified leads to closed deals to achieve sales goals, or disqualify with sufficient justification.
• Onboard new clients to ensure a smooth transition into service.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients during implementation phase to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide account management support for larger corporate accounts as necessary, partnering with the Account Management team on service continuity and escalations.
• Monitor client portfolio health to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
• Keep clients informed on services and opportunities aligned with their business needs.
