Account Executive

Our Account Executive position is the first step toward becoming a Loan Originator. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced producers, and real exposure to the private lending industry while developing the skills needed to originate and close business-purpose real estate loans.

This is a production-focused, on-site role designed for people who aren't afraid to pick up the phone, create opportunities, and bet on themselves. If you're coachable, driven, and motivated by performance, we'll teach you the lending business.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling
• Prospect and build relationships with real estate investors and business owners
• Learn company loan products and understand how they solve client financing needs
• Qualify borrowers and gather information to identify lending opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage an organized sales pipeline
• Work alongside Loan Originators to learn the full loan process from application through funding
• Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Loan Originator role
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of sales experience required (any industry)
• Confident making outbound cold calls and engaging new prospects
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Coachable, resilient, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment
