Location: Franklin, TN—on-site; relocation assistance and flexible schedules available. Required Travel 

Salary: $74,400–$120,000/year* (includes base and commission)
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience, and performance-based commission

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You'd Do in This Role:
You'll own a territory and create the opportunities that grow Ramsey Education's curriculum business there. Your days blend time in the field with calls, prospecting, and follow-up, with travel up to 50 percent from October through March for district visits, conferences, and state events. You'll build deep, lasting relationships with curriculum leaders, district administrators, principals, teachers, and state-level influencers, and guide them through state adoption processes, district review cycles, and RFPs. Those relationships open doors, because trusted partners introduce you to other districts. And every adoption puts practical money lessons in front of high school students who'll carry them for life.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have experience in K-12 curriculum sales, state adoptions, or instructional-materials purchasing.
• You understand how state adoption cycles, district buying committees, RFPs, and public-school budget windows shape purchasing decisions.
• You've built new business and won complex, multi-stakeholder sales over a long sales cycle.
• You're a hunter who cold calls, prospects, and keeps building pipeline instead of waiting for a buying event, and you want to see your name at the top of the scorecard.
• You've put together a sales strategy for a territory, even if you didn't lead a whole team.
• You earn meetings with senior district and state-level leaders with confidence, and you communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.
• You're willing to travel up to 50 percent from October through March, and you use your time in the field to create more opportunities, not just attend meetings.
• You bring a growth mindset, a coachable spirit, and a solutions-first attitude when plans change or an adoption gets delayed.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Building multi-year territory plans, target account lists, and relationship maps for your territory.
• Creating a pipeline strong enough to support your territory goal through both events and everyday prospecting.
• Putting the right district and state-level relationships in place before major buying windows open.
• Moving opportunities forward with strong account plans, clear next steps, and timely follow-up in Salesforce CRM.
• Helping more schools and districts adopt Foundations in Personal Finance and Foundations in Economics.
• Sharing market feedback with Marketing, Curriculum, and Product to sharpen strategy, messaging, and product support in each market.
• Setting the pace on activity and finishing at the top of the scorecard.
• Carrying a high standard for revenue and pipeline results while representing the mission well.
