Account Executive - Real Estate Lending

We are looking for experienced, driven professionals who are looking to join a top-tier performing sales team in the Real Estate industry. As an Account Executive, 75% of your day will be spent making phone calls to assist in driving sales volume for our production team. You will be actively learning the ins-and-outs of Private Lending through reviewing loan scenarios and building relationships with builders and developers. You will work closely with a Senior Account Manager who will both help drive your deal flow and serve as a mentor in the industry. You will assist with prospecting, initial deal review and initial client communications. You will obtain critical information to get deals done and will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.

 

 

An ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the debt side of real estate. You will also be a people person that can effectively communicate with clients and help build their relationships with Streamline Funding.

 

Schedule:

Full time, 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday, in-office

 

Commission On Closed Sales + bonus on loan submissions
