What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Assist families in evaluating life insurance needs and coverage options
- Conduct client consultations using company-provided leads
- Educate clients on policy structures, benefits, and long-term planning considerations
- Follow established sales processes and training systems
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy activity
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow structured systems
- Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or competitive environments is preferred
