Responsibilities: Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking Close new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and health lines Meet and exceed monthly production goals Build and manage your personal pipeline
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability (required)
Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role
Must be willing to obtain P&C and L/H insurance license (we support your training)
Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options
