Position Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary post-implementation partner for assigned client accounts. In this role, you will lead account growth, drive operational execution, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Functioning as the client’s advocate, you will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Member Services, Payroll, and Operations to resolve inquiries, communicate updates, and deliver long-term account value.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the main account point of contact, building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and conducting regular strategic check-ins.
• Account Support & Ownership: Own client issues from intake through resolution across internal departments (Payroll, Operations, Member Services) and escalate proactively.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Transitions: Assist implementation teams during client onboarding, ensuring clear documentation of contacts, workflows, and service expectations.
• Business Reviews: Conduct regular account check-ins and formal performance reviews focused on trends, risk mitigation, and program value.
• Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operational workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, benefits administration, insurance, or healthcare account management.
• Education: Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Core Competencies: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, strong time management, and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
