Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Conduct regular customer touch points, business reviews, and proactive outreach.
Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Partner with internal teams including operations, customer service, production, scheduling, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations while providing timely resolutions.
Educate customers on new products, solutions, and best practices.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity.
Support customers through product launches, forecasting discussions, and strategic growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of account management, customer success, inside sales, or client-facing relationship management experience.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred
