This means understanding the clients business to be able to manage their needs and expectations AND understanding the Leaps offerings to be able to shepherd internal resources. The Account Manager acts as a key layer for the account team juggling it all from day-to-day relationship building to high-level strategic guidance. This particular account role will work heavily with our government client accounts.Broad responsibilities includeClient engagement - relationships with mid-senior and junior levels senior level client familiarityManages up to account management leadership - provides info on client relationship health project status and hourly burn rateCross-functional team leadership - leads meeting and presentations takes point on next stepsStrategic thought leadership - input to internal strategists guidance to teamsProject involvement - manages high and medium-touch assignments and is the driving force for KO fulfillment and completion of quality deliverablesCreative guidance and assessment - ensures great direction going in and high quality going outMedia guidance and assessment - ensures great direction going in and high quality going outDigital experience assessment - manages and holds teams accountable for timely insightful actionable reportingProduction influence - works with producers to manages project and gain client alignment to ensure momentum and efficiencyFinancial awareness - approves billing monitors hours and helps manage projects for efficiency What do You Need3 years agency account management experienceExperience in marketing and advertising strategyExperience managing government or public section clients - and an understanding of the unique nuances of collaboration compliance and communication that come with itExcellent communication and relationship management skills with prior experience in customer- or client-facing rolesExperience brainstorming with a team for creative ideationExposure to both B2B and B2C marketingAbility to juggle multiple competing tasks and deadlines without sacrificing timeliness or qualityHigh degree of detail- and process-orientationSelf-starter mentality with a passion for continuous learningImportant note if you think you have what it takes to be a great in this role but dont necessarily meet all of these qualifications please still apply While we work hard to eliminate unnecessary requirements from our job ads our teams and needs are constantly evolving and wed always love the opportunity to connect and see what might be a fit.
