Account Manager who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

This role focuses on managing a book of business, delivering a high level of service to clients and internal team members. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing education and guidance to clients on their personal insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy- Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients understand their insurance needs and coverage options
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners while delivering an exceptional service experience
- Conduct account reviews, provide coverage recommendations, and support client retention and account growth initiatives
Operational Excellence- Manage policy transactions, client requests, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records in agency management systems
- Ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Strategic Contribution- Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and new business development
- Support departmental goals through client retention and growth efforts
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You BringRequired- Experience in a client-facing customer service, insurance, or account management role
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensure
Preferred- College degree
- Personal insurance or agency experience
- Advanced professional designations such as AAI, ARM, CIC, or similar
- Experience mentoring team members and supporting cross-functional initiatives
