Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and business development within the construction sector. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Business Development and Sales


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend construction Events and spread awareness about the company by engaging in various activities.
3. Project Oversight and Coordination


  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
4. Contract Management and Negotiation


  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry Codes and regulations.
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments as needed.
5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring


  • Track account performance against key metrics (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction).
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve services and solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management and sales within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms.
  • Basic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk.
  • Understanding of construction contracts, risk management, and industry compliance requirements.
