Licensed Insurance Account Manager – Customer Retention & Growth

We’re looking for a licensed insurance professional who loves taking care of customers just as much as making the sale. In this role, you’ll retain and grow an established book of business by providing outstanding service and identifying additional ways to protect our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct annual insurance reviews
• Retain customers and prevent policy cancellations
• Recommend additional insurance and financial products
• Process policy changes accurately
• Resolve customer concerns quickly
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Meet monthly retention and production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• Life & Health License (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Sales-minded with the ability to identify customer needs
• Insurance experience preferred

Compensation

• $45,000–$60,000 base salary
