If you’re driven, competitive, and ready to hustle, we want you on our team. We’re looking to hire Scrap Metal Buyers who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a shop, shake hands, and build real relationships with companies that generate scrap metal.


This is a field‑based, high‑energy role with strong earning potential for people who want to work hard and grow fast.


 What You’ll Do

• Call on industrial accounts — machine shops, fabrication shops, auto recyclers, demolition contractors, manufacturers, and more
• Prospect new leads — cold calls, drop‑ins, networking, referrals
• Visit facilities — learn their scrap flow, identify opportunities, and build trust
• Negotiate pricing — work with our team to offer competitive rates
• Submit call reports — track visits, leads, and account activity
• Grow your territory — build your own book of business
