We’re looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to join our growing State Farm agency in Lakeland, FL!
 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Help people protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance 
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized coverage options
• Work with a fun, high-energy team that supports each other’s success 
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to obtain Florida Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training provided)
• Licensed candidates strongly preferred
