Salary and other benefits:
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a competitive base salary while you train, plus uncapped commissions on the recurring revenue you create. Our three-year model shows a realistic progression of approximately $157K in Year 1, $467K in Year 2 and $728K in Year 3 for representatives who meet expected production. Additionally, we offer:

• 10 paid US holidays.
• PTO - 2 weeks vacation/year

Your schedule: Full time.
Note: This is a fully remote position.

Your mission & responsibilities as Account Representative:

• Open and close new business with founders and executive teams of disruptive technology companies.
• Follow the JOTO sales process and generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue every month.
• Earn account ownership through consistent performance and exceptional client service, then keep it by meeting our account management standards.
• Expand your accounts through upsells and renewals that increase recurring revenue.
• Keep your statistics rising, working closely with your Sales Strategist.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience selling a service or solution to executive decision-makers. [minimum 3 years)
• Able to hold a strategic conversation with a CEO about their market.
• Comfortable building recurring revenue rather than chasing one-off deals.
• Ideally, you have proven sales experience in the following fields:
  • Marketing agencies, digital marketing, advertising, demand gen, SEO, content marketing
  • B2B services sold directly to CEOs, founders, CMOs and other executives
  • You are accustomed to consultative selling, not transactional/product sales
  • have sold monthly retainers or recurring contracts, in the $5K–$15K+ monthly range
