You\'ll handle the books, manage the systems, and keep inventory accounting clean across a fast-moving product business.If you already have the compliance calendar blocked before anyone asks, understand services accounting as well as inventory accounting, and have hands-on NetSuite experience — we want to talk.What You'll Be DoingFull-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for a growing apparel businessServices accounting: project-based revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin tracking across agency and retainer workInventory accounting: COGS, landed costs, stock valuation, and reconciliationNetSuite administrationSales tax, local tax, and all compliance deadlines (owning the calendar and the prep)Accounts payable and receivable managementMonth-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow visibilityProject-based financial tracking and budget management across brand initiativesPayroll and vendor payment coordinationCross-functional collaboration with ops, production, agency and apparel dept. leadershipWho We\'re Looking For3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience (required)Experienced bookkeeper or accountant who can manage project timelines, not just transactionsExperience with businesses that sell both B2B and D2C — project-based revenue recognition, cost allocation, as well as physical goods and product marginsUnderstand sales tax, local taxes, and compliance deadlines without being reminded.
