This company offers strong benefits, great work-life balance and a family feel environment!The salary range for this role is $65k-85k.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracyPerform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial reports and support variance analysisSupport accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as neededReconcile bank and credit card accountsAssist with audit preparation and provide requested documentationMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAPSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencyQualifications / Experience RequiredAccounting degree is preferred.3+ years of accounting experience preferredManufacturing background preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
