Accountant- Temporary 3 months - Professional Services Firm

Temporary Accountant (Part-Time/ 25 hours weekly)- Training to begin 7/15/26

Our client is seeking a polished and professional Accountant to provide coverage during a 3-month leave of absence for their Accounting Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Schedule:

• Part-Time (approximately 25 hours per week)
• Temporary assignment (3/4 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits and cash applications
• Accounts payable processing
• Account reconciliations
• General ledger support and maintenance
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Professional image, demeanor, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
