About the Role:
Jupiter Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Jupiter, FL! Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare invoices
• Collect overdue accounts
• Manage vendor payments 
• Assist with ordering consumables
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts in Quickbooks Online

Requirements:

• AA or 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate with clients and vendors
• Ability to learn new software programs, proficiency in excel and Microsoft products
