Accounting Associate – Urgently hiring in Naples!

Job Title: Accounting Associate
Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

In this role, you'll collaborate interdepartmentally to support a variety of accounting functions, including client invoicing, accounts receivable activities, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure efficient financial processes and support the firm's ongoing operational success.

What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare and process customer invoices while ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, research payment discrepancies, and assist with collection efforts as needed.
• Review financial records and perform account balancing activities to support accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative and accounting support for daily billing operations and departmental projects.
• Deliver professional assistance to internal staff and customers by responding to billing questions and resolving account-related issues.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Background in supporting billing operations, accounts receivable activities, or comparable accounting responsibilities preferably in the legal field.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.
• Familiarity with basic accounting practices, account balancing, and financial reconciliation procedures.
• Capable of managing responsibilities independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
