We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our European Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to kick‑start a career in accounting and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.You will report directly to the Accounting Lead and contribute to day‑to‑day operations as well as month‑end activities.What you'll doAssist the Accounting Team with daily tasks and month‑end close activitiesHelp prepare, review, and post journal entries under guidanceSupport the team in preparing for local statutory filings and audit‑related requestsHelp maintain accurate documentation and assist with basic reconciliations (as needed)Contribute to projects that improve accounting and finance processes, tools, and ways of workingWhat we're looking forCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (HBO/WO) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholdersDetail‑oriented, well‑organized, and reliableStrong problem‑solving mindset and ability to learn quicklyNice to havePrevious internship, part‑time job, or coursework relevant to accounting/financeBasic familiarity with accounting concepts (e.g., journals, debits/credits, close process)Experience with Excel or other tools used for data handling/reportingInterest in working in a fast‑growing, international company environmentWhat you'll gainHands‑on experience supporting European accounting operationsExposure to the month‑end close process, journal entries, and compliance requirementsExperience supporting statutory and audit‑related activitiesOpportunities to contribute to process improvements and build practical skillsCoaching and support from the Accounting Manager and the wider Finance teamLucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
