Accounting Manager

We seek a hands-on Accounting Manager to support the Controller in daily accounting operations and financial closing.

• Lead and guide a team of four Lead Accountants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in their work
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Conduct financial analysis, identify risks, and support process improvements and automation
• Prepare consolidated financial statements per GAAP and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support system implementations and enhance operational efficiency

  Requirements include a CPA, 6+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and leadership skills. Preferred skills include familiarity with financial systems and specific accounting areas. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
