Accounting Manager | Boston, MA | Hybrid
A growing global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role for a CPA with strong technical accounting expertise who is looking to help build and scale a best-in-class finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
Support technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, consolidations, and purchase accounting
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
Partner with FP&A, HR, Legal, Tax, and external auditors
Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–7 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure preferred
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Multi-entity and multi-currency experience is a plus

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base salary
