Accounting ManagerBase pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yrAbout the CompanyA private equity-backed manufacturer with a strong growth trajectory, strong revenue and expanding through acquisitions.Job SummaryThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, month‑end close, and preparation of financial statements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate reportingMaintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial dataPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedulesAssist with sales tax filings and complianceSupport cost analysis and standard cost determinationAssist with audits and provide required documentationCollaborate with FP&A and other departments on forecasts and budgetsPerform variance analysis and ensure AP cutoff and AR credit accuracyContinuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and systemsQualificationsMust have Bachelor's degree in AccountingExperience with sales tax returns and fixed asset managementMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)ERP experience requiredStrong understanding of GAAP and internal controlsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
