Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
- Oversee and improve accounts payable processes and vendor management
- Support accounting system implementations and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with finance leadership on cross-entity accounting operations
- Mentor and support a Staff Accountant
- Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and full-cycle accounting activities
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Active CPA license required
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, family office, investment, or similar environments preferred
- Proven background in month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvements
